Life Cycle Of Service Level Agreement

Kuan Lu received his master`s degree in computer science from the University of Duisburg-Essen and his doctorate in computer science from the University of Gottingen, Germany. He has published articles in several international conferences and journals specializing in planning and optimization for cloud computing, resource planning and allocation management service level agreements. Today, Mr. Lu works as a software engineer for cloud lifecycle management at SAP SE in Germany. The lifecycle of the SLA cloud is an important part of providing cloud services. There is a strong correlation between the phases of the cloud service lifecycle (acquisition, operation, cessation) and the 7 phases of the cloud ALS. Automated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) have been proposed for cloud services as contracts used to record the rights and obligations of service providers and their customers. Automation refers to the formalized electronic presentation of ALS and the management of their life cycle by autonomous agents. Recently, automated management of ALS has become increasingly important. In previous work, we have developed a utility architecture that optimizes the provision of resources in accordance with trade guidelines, as well as an optimization mechanism in the negotiation of the ALA. We are going a step further with the application of player systems as an appropriate theoretical model for monitoring the rates of massive fine-grained but simplified and practical SLAs. We show that this is a realistic approach to automated management of the entire alS lifecycle, including negotiation and provision, but we focus on monitoring as a driver of current scalability requirements.

Our proposed work separates the concerns and error tolerance strategies of the agreement into several autonomous levels, which can be combined hierarchically into an intuitive, parallel, effective and effective management structure.
